Yeshua/Jesus: God
became flesh
Have
you ever said to yourself, or had someone say to you, "Yeah, well if God
wants us to believe that God does exist, then why doesn't God just physically
appear to us, or perhaps appear before the United Nations?
Well,
the fact of the matter is, God has physically appeared before us! He did appear before a representative
of the World Government of that generations' time in a legal court preceding!
Consider
the following seven points:
1 - The
Holy Scriptures plainly reveal that Yeshua/Jesus was God, part of the
Triune
Godhead.
"In
the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." (John 1:1 NASB)
2 - When
the Word of God (Yeshua/Jesus) became flesh, God became flesh. God had given the physical proof
of His existence to the World, by becoming flesh.
"And
the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, glory as
of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth." (John
1:14 NASB)
3 - When
Yeshua/Jesus appeared before the multitudes, God in flesh was physically
appearing before the people.
"And
He began to teach again by the sea.
And such a very great multitude gathered to Him that He got into a
boat in the sea and sat down; and the whole multitude was by the sea on the
land." (Mark 4:1 NASB)
4 - When
Yeshua/Jesus appeared before the religious leaders and in the religious
court, God in flesh was physically appearing before the religious leaders
and religious court in a legal setting.
"And
when it was day, the Council of elders of the people assembled, both chief
priests and scribes, and they led Him away to their council {chamber,}
saying, 'If You are the Christ, tell us.' But He said to them, 'If I tell you, you will not believe; and if
I ask a question, you will not answer.
But from now on the Son of Man will be seated at the right hand of the
power of God.' And they all said,
'Are You the Son of God, then?'
And He said to them, 'Yes, I am.'" (Luke 22:66-70 NASB)
5 - When
Yeshua/Jesus appeared before King Herod, God in flesh was physically
appearing before the defacto national government, in a legal setting. I say, "defacto", because
Yeshua/Jesus was the true King of the Jews (see Luke 23:3). Perhaps the silence of Yeshua/Jesus
before King Herod was another sort of witness: why would the true King of the
Jews feel obligated to respond to the defacto King of the Jews?
"Now
Herod was very glad when he saw Jesus; for he had wanted to see Him for a
long time, because he had been hearing about Him and was hoping to see some
sign performed by Him. And he
questioned Him at some length; but He answered him nothing." (Luke 23:8-9 NASB)
6 - When
Yeshua/Jesus appeared before Pontius Pilate, God in flesh was physically
and in legal court appearing before the representative of the World
Government of those times: Rome.
"Then
the whole body of them arose and brought Him before Pilate. And they began to accuse Him, saying,
'We found this man misleading our nation and forbidding to pay taxes to
Caesar, and saying that He Himself is Christ, a King.' And Pilate asked Him, saying, 'Are
You the King of the Jews?' And
He answered him and said, '{It is as} you say.'"
(Luke 23:1-3 NASB)
7 -
Yeshua/Jesus is going to return someday, very soon. Then there will be no
doubting the existence of God.
But, will it be too late?
That is the question you should ask yourself.
"And
I saw heaven opened; and behold, a white horse, and He who sat upon it {is}
called Faithful and True; and in righteousness He judges and wages war. And His eyes {are} a flame of fire,
and upon His head {are} many diadems; and He has a name written {upon Him}
which no one knows except Himself.
And {He is} clothed with a robe dipped in blood; and His name is
called The Word of God. And the
armies, which are in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white {and} clean, were
following Him on white horses.
And from His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that with it He may smite
the nations; and He will rule them with a rod of iron; and He treads the wine
press of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty. And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written,
'KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.'" (Rev. 19:11-16 NASB)
Yes, the
cold hard facts are that when Yeshua/Jesus became flesh, appeared before the
people, appeared before the religious courts, appeared before the defacto
government, and appeared before the representative of Rome (rulers of the
known world at that time), then God in flesh had physically and legally
proven to the World that God does exist.
Yeshua/Jesus
came to save us, and pay the ransom for our sins. He wants to be our Lord and our God, if we will only ask
Him in. If you desire to have

Yeshua/Jesus
said:
"For
God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever
believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not
send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be
saved through Him.Ó (John 3:16-17 NASB)
The Apostle Paul wrote:
"that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your
heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved; for with the
heart man believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he
confesses, resulting in salvation.Ó
(Rom. 10:9-10 NASB)
If you now believe God does exist, the next step is to either accept Him as
your Lord and Savior, or reject His great gift. If you'd like to accept Him, then repeat this prayer:
Dear
God. I do believe You
exist. I do believe and confess
Yeshua/Jesus is Lord. I believe
in my heart that God has raised Yeshua/Jesus from the dead. I put my trust in Yeshua/Jesus as my
Lord and Savior. Forgive me for
my sins. I have now confessed
that Yeshua/Jesus is Lord, and that I believe God has raised Yeshua/Jesus
from the dead. Therefore,
according to the Holy Scripture, I am now saved. I am now a Christian. I am now part of the Kingdom of God. I will live for the rest of eternity
with my new King and Lord, Yeshua/Jesus. Thank you; Father, in the name of Your beloved Son, and my
new King and Lord, Yeshua/Jesus.
